where the heck are you

Do you know how many technically trained people are out here, in the field, no longer part of Corporate Scientology?

Tons!  But you would not know it.

It is like being on a safari and the animals are down deep in the grass, with their heads kept low. Fearing the legal bullet from OSA, it is easier and safer to just go about their lives in this fashion.

But we are getting regular requests for auditors and supervisors and C/Ses — and there is a real need for word clearers and cramming officers.

There is strength in numbers.

There is support in a technical delivery network.

Action, production, challenges and team work are all possible if local delivery terminals can be hooked up to an international organization that promotes, disseminates and enlightens. Where we have trained people, this is already happening.

Milestone Two is a not-for-profit and charitable company, registered in Australia where Corp Scientology has little to no hold. We are a fraternity of Scientologists, practicing our right to religion.

Are you are trained auditor, or course supervisor, or word clearer, cramming officer or case supervisor?

Would you like referrals from Milestone Two? Even if it was just on a part time basis, to help another person?

Would you like to brush up on your own technical basics and skills, and get back into the chair? Do you miss being able to talk to other Scientology trained people, socially and professionally?

Register to be part of our delivery network and join a large team of people, across several continents, who are working to make standard Scientology available to existing Scientologists, and to new public.

Register here.

And no, we WON’T be publicly publishing the list of those who register, as many prefer not to have their name up in lights.

Those that register will simply receive an email once a month with updates and news, in addition to the occasional email when we have people in your area that want some help/service, or when we are planning events, tours, get-togethers, etc.

So where the heck are you?

  1. You can have me up in lights. Or my name. Both are fine, just don’t leave me hanging there. LOL.

    I’ll send you my specifics.

Always nice to be part of a true group. 🙂

    • Lovely to have your support and assistance Chris. Your tireless work to link Class VIIIs and ring the bell for standard Scn is more than commendable. 🙂

  2. Lana,

Don’t put my name in lights just yet especially since I live in LA which has a high OSA to Scientologist per capita rating 😉

Though you can always reach me on my back channel.

    • Absolutely understood. The list is NOT going to be published. It will only be used to send referrals and communications from MS 2. I realise many people tread lightly and don’t wish to leave an obvious trail and we will act accordingly to make this so. The back channels have worked brilliantly so far and we won’t be changing that any time soon.

      • I hate to bring this up again as I know it can be a touchy or volatile subject, but unless one has family (and maybe close friends) in the CoS still that one is actively (ul) working on getting out, then being worried about OSA or the CoS is just an indication of PTSness, per definition. This is, of course, only my opinion, and may not have any basis in fact, and of course, in no way stops MS2 referrals.

        • Chris,

True to an extent as many of us feel the Church has become a suppressive group. Especially OSA.

          However consider this.

Many of us do not want to take the time handling flaps with the Church when we could just be auditing.

          • True, RV. I do understand that viewpoint. But here’s what Ron has to say about it, which I happen to think is a good viewpoint. I know many already know this, but it sometimes bears repeating. This is from RJ 3, 1980 – The Year of Expansion.

            “THE FUTURE

There is a great deal going on and a very great many very fine people working to create a better future for Scientology, for orgs and for everyone.

But much of that is in the future. So does one simply wait? Or is there something one can do right now?

There is: Decide to flourish and prosper! And then Flourish and Prosper!

There is no more deadly way to get even with a suppressive or an antagonistic person or a downgrading society than by flourishing and prospering.

All a suppressive person or society is trying to do is prevent one from flourishing and prospering.

Of course, one has to handle threats or attacks. But don’t get stuck in on them. One handles them but puts his main attention on doing things that will make one and the group flourish and prosper.

One cannot simply vanish in life, one cannot just become a nothingness. And the wrong way to handle suppression is to be low key and hope one isn’t noticed. That is simply agreement with the suppressive person or society.

Attempts at suppression are totally defeated in the long run simply by Flourishing and Prospering!

The ammunition in such a battle is effective beingness and for us, effective promotion, books, excellent results and satisfied people. Use what you have. The very best way to flourish and prosper is to sell and get out the good products.

Now, while reading this if it has occurred to you that if you did, the suppressives would simply attack harder or that you had better be careful, then could I point out that people who have that reservation are a bit or a great deal under suppression. And that they need to locate and handle it with what is called “PTS Tech” available in any org. It is a certain indicator that if one has reservations about being able to Flourish and Prosper he needs to unsuppress himself!

So there is the ultimate victory over any suppressive group or society. Not to do them in – as they are very busy doing themselves in – but only handle enough to hold them off until one day we get to them with proper rundowns.

The ultimate weapon is to Flourish and Prosper.

            So do so.

            Love, RON”

            • Good point Chris,

That’s what some of us are trying to do *quietly*.

I’m sure you are also familiar with the HCOPL PTS Type A Handling where it says that one shouldn’t create antagonism.

Then of course there is First Policy.

Some of us are not really interested in opterming the Org and getting into a games condition with them.

Thus the current modus vivendi seems to be working for us right now.

Personally I always and this is my opinion thought that those people who wrote up these elaborate “doubt conditions” and “declaring their independence” were kinda silly.

To me it was like painting a target on one’s back.

Also me I never reached the stratified strata of declared SP. I am only humbly *disaffected* with the current Organization. I mean if the Org got on policy and started applying Standard Tech again and declared a full unconditional amnesty (like that’s ever gonna happen under the current Junta) I’d be back there pitchin’.

I still consider myself a Scientologist by the original definition which is someone who improves conditions and not the IRS approved one which is someone who is the member of a “Scientology” Church which is basically a Government Approved and Tax Exempt *Squirrel Group* run by a Tax Revenue Agent (according to the no longer Secret Closing Agreement) and a teflon don who seems immune to any kind of prosecution I suspect because he is secretly working for Smersh.

              Anyway that is my view.

              • I always and this is my opinion thought that those people who wrote up these elaborate “doubt conditions” and “declaring their independence” were kinda silly.

RV, there are points on the track where it’s the right thing to do to stand and oppose some evil in public — despite personal danger or discomfort. Now is such a moment in time, as regards the group calling itself the Church of Scientology.

In my personal opinion, publicly going on record as being opposed to the corruption of that group, is the most ethical response one can make. Of course, one can also simply disappear and choose to flourish and prosper quietly, but that does little for the greater number involved with this tragic circumstance.

                • Ronnie,

I’ve gone on record quite a number of times regarding the corruption of the Organization went all the way to the top of the Org board with them while others were going along to get along or blindly following what were obviously destructive and illegal orders.

That said I do not agree with airing our dispute with the Church in public and especially in the press since it is so easy for the public and the press to conflate and identify the subject with the organization since they are uneducated in the subject.

  3. Different reasons may exist why some would remain under the radar. Not only because of family connections, but also as a usual course of operating in life. No need to inform the Catholics if I’ve now become a Lutheran if no situation or required handling exists to do so. My bridge is my own business, doesn’t concern the CO$, and I only notify those who have direct involvement in my activities. Secondly, I don’t care to be labelled an Indie either, as I’m not on board with that generality composed of both squirrels and standard tech adherents. Thus there is little to announce to anyone anyways. In that I haven’t contacted anyone at the church, nor that I am contactable by them either pretty much tells them I’m not interested in their services. I’d like to leave it at that.

Nor do I care to indicate I’m somehow in opposition to them. Not my game, it’s someone else’s. I am moving up the bridge while helping others to do the same. If there is any real fight, it’s to locate missing LRH materials and the hard work to keep the tech standard for us out here. There are just as many things wrong with the CO$ as there are with the Indies, and it’s just a matter of connecting up to truly on-source terminals. I’m not a CO$er nor an Indie, I am a Scientologist, and I’m sure the church would be thrilled to hear that.

    • Valid points FM,

Me I came to a realization that the the Church at some point was no longer the Church I had originally joined and that as far as I was concerned it was waaaaaaay below treason as a group.

I mean why bother doing an elaborate doubt formula on a group that no longer exists?

My solution was just find the nearest exit 😉

      • Cheers 🙂

Quite a number of folks feel a divine calling (some O/W-driven perhaps in addition) to reform, attack and/or do away with the church. Personally, I consider these delusions in that it’s not a doable thing (Yes, many people will disagree with me on this). They can get on with that, but won’t find me being any part of it as I consider it a waste of my attention units better spent assisting others in moving up the bridge.

        • Roger that FM,

I kinda agree that the Org has gone beyond redemption.

Squirrel tech, out ethics and off policy pretty much sums it up.

There is really no Org there.

Just a bunch of buildings they’re calling “Ideal (ideal if you’re an SP I guess) Orgs”.

    • Foremost — I wrote an article entitled “The misnomer of Indi” as I felt exactly the same way as you. I never ended up posting it as on review, I concluded that it was mostly me giving off steam and was not going to really move us forward anywhere,

I am a Scientologist. Very simple. Any other labels and tags are bogus and mean nothing.

      • This:

SCIENTOLOGIST, 1. one who betters the conditions of himself and the conditions of others by using Scn technology. (Aud 73 UK) 2. one who controls persons, environments and situations. A Scientologist operates within the boundaries of the Auditor’s Code and the Code of a Scientologist. (PAB 137) 3. one who understands life. His technical skill is devoted to the resolution of the problems of life. (Scn 0-8, p. 12) 4. a specialist in spiritual and human affairs. (Abil Ma 1)

        🙂

      • I agree.

        This *is* the game.

        See the following:

        (Begin Fair Use)

HUBBARD COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE Saint Hill Manor, East Grinstead, Sussex
HCO POLICY LETTER OF IS FEBRUARY 1966 Remimeo Francbise FSMs
        ATTACKS ON SCIENTOLOGY
(Cancels all Sec Eds and Pol Ltrs to the contrary)

Having had some time to think this over and having studied the matter with great care, I have isolated the most successful response to meeting any and all attacks on ScientologY, its organizations and Scientologists and as of this date this becomes policy.

        ADVOCATE TOTAL FREEDOM

That is the policy-advocate total freedom.
There are technical reasons for this which an auditor will recognize. To discharge later incidents from a mind, one must get the first or basic incident of that kind. In this case the basic aberrated incident was the suppression of freedom of the being. Just before that there must have been freedom. Thus advocating total freedom hits the true basic incident.
This is also the basic purpose of Scientology and the basic purpose of people, so it all agrees well.
This is also easiest to do. It is easier than fighting Parliaments or building up cases against people who attack us.
The only liability of using this policy (total freedom) is that it releases energy (a Scientologist knows this as “blowing locks”) which looks disturbing but is weakened.
No other approach we have used worked. We are alive not because we fought but because we went on doing Scientology in spite of anything.
So never advertise an attack. Just advocate more strongly “Total Freedom!” and show how Scientology can attain it for the individual.
Careful summary of our past actions in the face of attacks and an analysis of various changes in human history show that the best and only effective thing we did or anyone ever did was advocate freedom. The precise practice of Scientology obtains total freedom so never advertise anything else but total freedom and the Scientology services and steps that bring it about. Courses, processing are the gradient scale to total freedom.
That’s the answer no nation or person can stand up to-if we keep saying it long and loud. SCIENTOLOGY IS THE ROAD TO TOTAL FREEDOM.
Used in argument one can invent -reasons to baffle the attacking agency or person-but all these reasons should add up to everyone has rights to total freedom.
I think this alone can move mountains.
