You-Can-See-Your-Body

  1. And the viewpoint can never perish; but the form can perish.
  2. And the many viewpoints, interacting, become dependent upon one another’s forms and do not choose to distinguish completely the ownership of dimension points and so comes about a dependency upon the dimension points and upon the other viewpoints.
  3. From this comes a consistency of viewpoint of the interaction of dimension points and this, regulated, is TIME.
  4. And there are universes.
  5. The universes, then, are three in number: the universe created by one viewpoint, the universe created by every other viewpoint, the universe created by the mutual action of viewpoints which is agreed to be upheld – the physical universe.
  6. And the viewpoints are never seen. And the viewpoints consider more and more that the dimension points are valuable. And the viewpoints try to become the anchor points and forget that they can create more points and space and forms. Thus comes about scarcity. And the dimension points can perish and so the viewpoints assume that they, too, can perish.
  7. Thus comes about death.

No, thetans aren’t the same as viewpoints, but they come to think they are, which is the point of my joke. Thetans have no location in time or space. Thetans make viewpoints and anchor points, which do have location in time and space. Thetans don’t “go” anywhere. They simply put out viewpoints from which to view. Nor do they “exteriorize” in actuality, since they are not located in time nor space. But their viewpoints may “exteriorize”, so to speak.

That’s not the only reason thetans are dumb. If a thetan had made every mistake they’ve made down the track, only once, we wouldn’t be having this discussion, and there wouldn’t be much reason for Scientology. The whole reason for all of this technology and such is that thetans, in their infinite lack of wisdom, continue to make the same mistakes over and over and over again. And thus, one of the earliest technical concepts we have in Scientology, the “earlier similar”. Actually, thetans aren’t really dumb (though they often appear that way), so much as inadvertently and/or purposely unaware. Unfortunately, unawareness is almost a necessity for many games. But thetans have raised unawareness to a near art form. It’s worth remembering that the things you know and are aware of cannot aberrate you; it’s the things you don’t know about or have forgotten which aberrate you.

One example of this is the use of an E-Meter on the PDH Confessional to locate still needles.
